    The freshest catches of the day, along with premium imported ingredients from Japan, are personally prepared and recommended by chef Hatch and his team. You can enjoy the most exquisite of nature’s offerings together with fine art and gastronomy.

Been here for the lunch and dinner omakase and the quality, flavor and creativity both times was consistent and equally, indulgently satisfying. The chefs are very amicable and charismatic and more importantly very knowledgable about the ingredients, source and seasons of their dishes. There are also a couple very good sakes here that are exclusive to Hashida Sushi.
